Nicky Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and team leadership. Since March 2020, Nicky has served as a Customer Service Team Leader at NCFE. Previously, Nicky held multiple leadership roles at Concentrix, including Senior Team Leader for Uber Eats and Rider, and Team Leader for both the Uber Incident Response Team and Vodafone. At Sky, Nicky progressed from a Tech Team Advisor to a Customer Experience Leader and participated in the Stepping into Management program. Earlier career experience includes the role of Dispatch Coordinator at Elite Taxis from May 2010 to November 2013. Nicky holds a degree in Forensic Science from Northumbria University.
