Mike Malik

Mike Malik currently serves as the Plant Manager at NCFI Geotechnical Polyurethanes, a position held since 2023. Previously, Mike held the role of Director of Operations at Farmer Brothers from September 2019 to December 2022, overseeing a production facility with 175 workers and a $20 million budget, while focusing on safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency. Prior to this, Mike was the Vice President of Operations at ZXP Technologies, where responsibilities included leading operations for contract packaging and distribution services. With a career that spans multiple roles at Farmer Brothers, including Plant Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Operations Manager, as well as positions at Cenveo Envelope Group, Constar International, and Compaq Computer Corporation, Mike brings extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Mike holds an MBA in Business Management from LeTourneau University and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown.
