Christa Molter

Christa Molter serves as the Chief People Officer and Business Consultant at NCG Cinemas since January 2021. In addition, Christa hosts the Coffee with Christa Podcast and operates a business under the name Christa Molter. Prior to these roles, Christa Molter spent over a decade at Stryker, advancing through various positions from Marketing Associate to Senior Manager of Customer Engagement Innovations, where responsibilities included the collaboration and implementation of customer engagement initiatives and team building. Christa Molter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and French from Hillsdale College, earned in 2009.
