Michelle Schrotz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in this capacity at ncgCARE since February 1999. Prior to this role, Michelle co-founded In Home Music, Inc. in October 2003 and acted as Chief Financial Officer until June 2011. Michelle's career also includes serving as a Therapeutic Activities Assistant at Fairfax Nursing Center from August 1997 to January 1999. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from George Mason University.
