Molly Droelle

Molly Droelle, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Salus Worldwide Solutions since August 2025, Molly has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager at QinetiQ US and Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Evoke Consulting, LLC. Molly began in the HR field as an Executive Recruiter at LHH and has also excelled in multiple HR leadership capacities at Target. Educationally, Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and minors in Global Security and Arabic Language from Penn State University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2014.
