I-Chuan Chang

I-Chuan Chang has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2020, they joined NCH Asia Pacific as the APAC HR and Strategy Director, where they led the APAC HR team and acted as an advocate for corporate culture and values. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Walmart as the Sr. Manager of Organization Development and Effectiveness, leading the organization design and people analytics team. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they were a Manager at PwC, focusing on People & Organization, M&A Integration, Corporate Social Responsibility, and technology implementations. Before that, they had roles at Acer, Willis Towers Watson, Nomura Research Institute, and CyberLink, where they gained experience in business analysis, market research, and software development.

I-Chuan Chang completed a Master of Science degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from National Cheng Kung University from 2003 to 2005 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from HRCI in 2023 and various certifications in subjects such as automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analysis from different institutions between 2017 and 2018.
