Jennifer D. Schell

Jennifer D. Schell is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as Vice President of Growth Initiatives & Business Development at NCH since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Senior Director of Change Management at Community Health Systems, where leadership was demonstrated in managing a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director of Provider Relations and Business Development Officer/Administrator at Physicians Regional Healthcare System, as well as Administrator at Proscan Imaging. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Ohio University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Miami University.
