The National Center for Higher Education Management Systems (NCHEMS) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve strategic decision making in higher education for states and institutions in the United States and abroad.

Since 1969, NCHEMS has been a national leader in converting data into useful information that supports strategic decision-making. We provide our partners and constituents with timely and accurate data and analyses that are useful in making sound higher education policy decisions.
