Tammy Douglas

Tammy Douglas is a Senior Compliance Monitor with NCHFA since November 2021. Prior to that, Tammy worked at Partnership Property Management from July 2015 to October 2021, starting as an Associate Property Manager and advancing to Senior Regional Property Manager. Before that, Tammy was a Property Manager at Beacon Management from June 2008 to July 2015, managing project-based Section 8 and Section 236 Tax Credit Community with 82 units. Tammy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from GTCC earned in January 2014.
