Cheryl Mikolay

Cheryl Mikolay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cheryl most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources Shelter Solutions at Cornerstone Building Brands, where they led the HR COE for the Shelter business unit. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Corporate Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, Cheryl worked at Hertz as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Southeast Region Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Cheryl also served as the Senior Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, where they led the design and facilitation of leadership development programs.

Cheryl has also worked at Black Box as the Director of Talent and Development, where they provided strategic oversight of talent management. At The Kraft Heinz Company, they held the role of Associate Director of Human Resources Business Partner for over 8 years.

Earlier in their career, Cheryl worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, where they served in various HR roles, including Manager of Human Resources. Cheryl also worked at USFilter as the Manager of Corporate Human Resources and at Manpower as a Branch Supervisor.

Cheryl Mikolay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University. Cheryl also has additional certifications including Birkman Certified Practitioner, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Certified Practitioner, Pritchett Certified Facilitator in Change Management, Targeted Selection Certified Facilitator, DDI Certified Facilitator, and MBTI Certified Practitioner.
