Craig Burtzlaff

Craig Burtzlaff has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over 13 years. Craig currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent at Cornerstone Building Brands. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Corporate Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, Craig worked at Aramark for 12 years, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Craig started as a Talent Placement Specialist and went on to become a Human Resources Operations Manager and a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager in the Healthcare sector. Eventually, they became the Human Resources Director for the Education (K-12) Midwest Region, overseeing over 140 accounts and 3000 associates across 7 states.

In addition to their time at Aramark, Craig also gained experience as a Recruiter at both OnPoint Staffing and Aerotek.

Craig Burtzlaff completed a Bachelor's degree in Business from Auburn University from 2004 to 2008. Craig later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DePaul Driehaus College of Business between 2015 and 2019. Currently, they are enrolled in the DePaul Driehaus College of Business to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources, expected to be completed by 2024.
