Pete Andrich

Pete Andrich serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands, North America’s largest producer of exterior building products, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Andrich was the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., where responsibilities included overseeing human resources for a leading independent producer of specialty carbon products from February 2019 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as the Vice President for Talent and Executive Development at Amcor, the Global Vice President of Human Resources at ASR Group, and various HR leadership positions at BP, focused on multiple high-growth international operations. Andrich holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University.
