Rahul Nayar

Rahul Nayar has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Rahul started their career at TMAC as a Graduate Assistant, where they obtained their Certified Green Belt. Rahul then worked at Genentech as a Sr. Process Analyst and later as a Process Manager, focusing on operational excellence and project management.

Following this, Rahul joined Cameron as an Operational Excellence Business Leader, where they became a Certified Black Belt and led process development and market planning activities. Rahul also served as a Corporate Marketing Manager, leading a team in strategic marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

After Cameron, Rahul worked at GE as a Sr. Manager for Global Marketing & Sales Operations, leading growth initiatives and sales operations efforts. Rahul later became the Director of Global Channel Sales & Commercial Strategy, where they developed and led a Global Channel Partner Program for the GE Oil & Gas upstream business.

Rahul then joined Masco Corporation as the Director of MOS, Commercial Excellence, where they focused on building a culture of continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and product management functions.

Currently, Rahul is Vice President of Commercial Excellence & Innovation at Cornerstone Building Brands. Rahul is responsible for identifying and implementing commercial best practices to drive profitable growth. Rahul also leads a Business Transformation team, managing innovation, business simplification, and data analytics initiatives to enhance competitiveness and efficiency.

Rahul Nayar has an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Rahul also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from the University of Houston. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Systems and Software Applications from the University of Houston. Rahul Nayar has obtained certifications in Managing for Success from iSpeak, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Cameron/ ASQ, and Business Process Re-Engineering from Hammer & Co. (Boston, MA).
