Roxie Jones, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at Sleep Number Corporation since January 2016, Roxie leads innovative and efficient mattress assembly and distribution processes. Prior roles include Sr. Manager Regional Lean at Select Comfort, where Roxie spearheaded a cultural transformation in lean manufacturing, and Plant Lean Manager at Parker Aerospace, where Roxie was recognized as top talent and engaged in several key leadership roles focusing on cross-functional skills and continuous improvement strategies. Roxie's earlier career includes impactful positions at Moog Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer and Machine Operator, where foundational skills in process development and statistical process control were established. Roxie holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University.
