Sergio DJ currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement - Lean Manufacturing at Cornerstone Building Brands, a position held since October 2018, where responsibilities include driving lean manufacturing activities and coaching leadership teams to enhance lean competencies. Prior experience includes roles as Lean Manufacturing Manager I at Andersen Corporation and Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager at Humanscale, among other engineering positions in manufacturing and quality assurance. Sergio DJ holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
