Stephen Deangelis

Stephen DeAngelis currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Shelter Solutions at Cornerstone Building Brands since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Head of Finance and CFO for the IMC Business at Arxada from December 2022 to November 2023. Stephen's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Finance Director at CSL Behring, where responsibilities included overseeing network strategy and global engineering integration, as well as significant roles at DuPont, encompassing leadership in global finance for various segments, including contract manufacturing, product management, and financial analysis. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware and the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics.
