Shane Coufreur

Shane Coufreur is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Principal Consultant & Mentor at NCIM Groep since January 2012. In this role, Shane coaches graduate students and mentors junior and mid-level professionals while also overseeing annual performance appraisals. Previously, Shane held positions as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing as a Technical Lead to projects for notable clients such as NATO and the Royal Netherlands Airforce. Prior experience includes roles at WoningNet as a Contractor, where Shane facilitated the transition from waterfall to Scrum and guided team members in adopting the Scrum Master role, as well as positions in software development at companies such as Bluedesk E-business and Gateway Software.
