Nalinda Padukka

Nalinda Padukka is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Head of PMO at NCINGA since July 2021, Nalinda previously held multiple positions at N-able Private Limited, including Head of Project Management-Application Services and Senior Technical Project Manager. Experience includes managing significant projects for top-tier telecommunications companies and executing complex delivery strategies at Nadastra Inc. and Ernst & Young, focusing on risk management and client satisfaction. Nalinda holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a BSc in Management & Information Technology from the University of Kelaniya.
