Bryce Francis

Bryce Francis is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as an Associate IT Systems Administrator at nCino, Inc. since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing over 15 core SaaS platforms and ensuring smooth IT operations through a blend of system administration, automation, and user support. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Salesforce Administrator Intern and Information Technology Intern at nCino, where Bryce honed skills in user management and technical support. Prior to this, Bryce gained experience in digital marketing and customer service roles at Cape Fear Community College and Aussie Island Surf Shop, respectively. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an Associate of Science degree from Cape Fear Community College.
