Chris Hobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client services. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at nCino, Inc. since October 2017, Chris partners with enterprise-level customers to enhance user satisfaction and platform adoption, while fostering long-term relationships with C-Suite executives. Previously, Chris held roles as Client Services Team Leader and Director of Client Services at Local Voice Media Wilmington, managing multiple teams and driving brand messaging initiatives for over 200 clients.
