Gracie Shafer

Gracie Shafer currently serves as an Implementation Consultant at nCino, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Gracie worked at Vantaca as an Implementation Manager and Implementation Consultant from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Gracie held the position of Commercial Specialist at State Farm ® from August 2019 to February 2022. Beginning a career in restaurant management, Gracie gained valuable experience as Assistant Supervisor at Palms Grille and a Level 2 Leader at Chick-fil-A Nine Mile, where a strong focus on guest relations and team development was established. Gracie’s earlier roles include Shift Supervisor at Chick-fil-A and Retail Associate at Carter’s, showcasing a commitment to customer service excellence and leadership development. Gracie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pensacola Christian College, obtained in 2019.
