Lilian Schmidt

Lilian Schmidt is a CS Operations and Analytics Consultant and Product Trainer at nCino, Inc. since February 2021. Responsibilities include leading and facilitating online and in-person training sessions to showcase best practices and new features while driving product adoption. Additionally, evaluation of training needs and knowledge gaps is conducted through client scoping calls and assessments. Previously, as a Client Success Advocate, Lilian documented and resolved client issues and product requests while developing and maintaining a deep technical knowledge of all software products offered. Lilian holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston (2012-2016) and a Master's degree from the University of Wyoming (2017-2019).
