Melissa Joyce

Melissa Joyce is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at nCino, Inc., Melissa has previously held key positions, including Associate Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to nCino, Melissa was Director of Technical Delivery and Operations at Proficient Learning, LLC, and also served as a Software Development Manager at TriTech Software Systems. Additional experience includes roles such as Application Development Manager, Technical Architect, and Applications Programmer at Inmar, as well as Systems Analyst and IT Manager at Key Risk Management Services. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed in 1990.
