Netra Bhandari currently serves as the Human Resources Training Coordinator at nCircle Tech, where responsibilities include developing and managing training programs aligned with organizational goals and conducting needs assessments. Prior to this role, Netra worked as a Trainer at Sunbeam Infotech, delivering training in programming languages and digital electronics while assessing student performance. Earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at BYGSoft Technologies Pvt Ltd, overseeing the recruitment process, and as Center Manager at Concepts Systems Educational Services, where Netra formulated HR policies to enhance employee motivation and reduce attrition. Netra holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University.
