NC League of Municipalities
Sarah Collins serves as Chief Of Staff and Legislative and Regulatory Counsel at the North Carolina League of Municipalities since February 2014, where advocacy efforts focus on legislative and regulatory matters impacting cities and towns, including employment, public safety, and utility issues. Previously, Sarah was a Regulatory Affairs Associate within the League's Governmental Affairs Team. Other experience includes positions as a Summer Law Clerk at the Southern Environmental Law Center, a Legal Extern at the NC Department of Justice's Environmental Division, a Legal Extern for the City of Raleigh, and roles at the Conservation Trust for North Carolina. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from Campbell University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Meredith College.
