Carolyn McCaslin

Carolyn McCaslin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carolyn started their career as an Event Management Intern at SRC Arena in 2016 and then moved on to work as a Full-Time Graduate Assistant at Syracuse University the following year. In 2014, they worked as an Event Management Intern at The Club at Indian Creek. From 2009 to 2013, Carolyn served as a Personal Assistant & Front Desk Receptionist at Evergreen Dental Group.

In 2013, Carolyn returned to event management as an Event Management Intern at Omaha Children's Museum. Carolyn then joined Sporting Kansas City in 2016 as a Hospitality Operations Intern and later became a Premium Supervisor at Legends. In 2016, they also worked as a Suites Supervisor at Levy Restaurants. Starting in 2018, Carolyn joined NCM Associates, where they held multiple roles, including Client Services and Meeting Coordinator, Senior Account Manager, and currently, Client Success Supervisor.

Additionally, Carolyn had a significant tenure at Sporting Kansas City, where they worked as a Premium Manager of Hospitality and managed food and beverage operations at Children's Mercy Park in the premium hospitality suites. Carolyn initially joined the team as an intern in May 2016 and was later promoted to a supervisor position before transferring to Sporting KC when they took over the operations.

Carolyn McCaslin completed their Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Sciences with a major in Hospitality, Restaurant, & Tourism Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2011 and 2015. Carolyn then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sports Venue and Event Management from Syracuse University between 2015 and 2016.
