Josette Wedge

Josette Wedge has extensive work experience in various management and leadership roles. Josette is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at NCM Associates since May 2022. Prior to this, Josette worked at Bulletproof, a GLI Company, from 2017 to 2022. Josette'sroles at Bulletproof included PMO Manager/Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Management Consultant. In these positions, they were responsible for executing and managing lottery system modernization projects, addressing internal project issues, and coordinating resources to meet project objectives.

Before joining Bulletproof, Josette worked at IGT (formerly GTECH/Spielo) as the Senior Director of Gaming PMO, Client Deliveries, from 2015 to 2017. Josette also had a long tenure at GTECH from 2005 to 2015, where they held the role of Senior Director of Sales Operations. In this position, they oversaw a team responsible for delivering multi-million-dollar gaming contracts and ensuring client service excellence across various markets.

Josette's career began at Spielo Manufacturing Inc in 1992, where they held several roles including Senior Project Manager, Client Service Team Manager, and Director of Manufacturing. Josette was responsible for overseeing casino projects, managing client service teams, and overseeing manufacturing operations.

Prior to their career in the gaming industry, Josette worked as a Production Manager at Allsco Building Supplies from 1986 to 1992.
