Mayya Bower is an experienced Organizational Development professional with a strong background in training, employee engagement, and cultural change. As the Director of Organizational Development at NCM Associates since May 2019, Mayya has optimized training programs, developed employee enrichment initiatives, and led the implementation of a Learning Management System. Previous roles include Organization and Employee Development Specialist at Jack Cooper Transport & Logistics and Training Specialist at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, where Mayya created leadership development curricula and onboarding programs.
