Stefanie Poulin

Stefanie Poulin has extensive work experience in the customer service and automotive industries. Stefanie currently works as a Client Support Representative at NCM Associates since February 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at BMW / MINI Moncton, where they held various roles including Business Development Representative from August 2019 to February 2022 and Automotive Service Advisor from October 2018 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Stefanie worked at Audi Canada as a Senior Customer Care - Executive from April 2011 to October 2018. Stefanie also worked at Lexus Canada as a Customer Care Team Lead from March 2006 to April 2011, and at Solo Cup Company as an Account Coordinator from March 2005 to March 2006.

Stefanie Poulin pursued their education in various fields. Stefanie studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Durham College. Stefanie then attended College Merici from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on Hotel Management. Later on, Stefanie returned to Durham College to earn a Certificate in Translation.
