Melissa A. Knutson, CLFP, is an accomplished Finance and Insurance leader with a passion for championing others and innovative business processes. As the Founder and CEO of Give Grace Give Hope, Inc. since 2018, Melissa works to eliminate barriers to menstrual products in the community and combat stigma around periods. In their role as Senior Vice President of Insurance Operations at NCMIC Group, Inc. since 2004, Melissa has a proven history of strategic planning and process improvement. Additionally, they hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, and completed the Stanford Executive Program in Business Administration and Management in 2023.
