Traci Galligan, SHRM-CP, PHR, AINS has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Traci is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NCMIC Group, Inc., where they oversee various HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, employee health and wellness, compensation, payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration. Traci has also served as the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at NCMIC Group, Inc., where they evaluated and recommended changes to HR programs, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to their role at NCMIC Group, Inc., Traci worked as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resource Consultant at different organizations. Traci has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa, contributing to the organization's mission of providing mentoring relationships to children in need. Traci's work experience also includes a role as the Human Resource Manager at Visiting Nurse Services and as a Human Resource Coordinator at ABCM Corp, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as benefits administration, recruiting, and professional development training.
Traci Galligan, SHRM-CP, PHR, AINS, began their education by earning an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from North Iowa Area Community College, which they attended from 1988 to 1990. Traci then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Iowa State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1992.
Traci also obtained several additional certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In January 2011, they earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Following this, in November 2011, they obtained a Certificate in HR Related Law from the Central Illinois Society for Human Resource Management (CISHRM). Later, in February 2015, they achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Lastly, in March 2015, they received the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) certification from The Institutes.
