Ahmad Thabet

Ahmad Thabet has over a decade of experience in technology leadership and network support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Lead at NCR Atleos since November 2023, Ahmad previously held various positions at NCR Corporation from November 2017 to January 2024, including Senior Tech Lead and NOC Tech Lead. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Service Transition Engineer at SITA from July 2016 to November 2017 and as a technical support expert at Orange Business Services from September 2011 to July 2016, where responsibilities included technical escalation and troubleshooting for various network technologies. Ahmad holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Networks and Infrastructures from the Information Technology Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University.
