Andrea Richards Burson

Andrea Richards Burson, PHR/SHRM-CP, currently holds the positions of Acting Chief Human Resources Officer (Interim) and Global Vice President of Human Resources at NCR Atleos since October 2023. Previously, Andrea was a Global Executive HR Partner at NCR Corporation from January 2022 to January 2024, playing a crucial role during the acquisition and integration of Cardtronics. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of HR North America and Director of Human Resources at Cardtronics, alongside roles at Dassault Systemes as an HR Generalist, and at Maersk and Kforce Professional Staffing as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Account Executive, respectively. Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida between 1996 and 2000.
