Brian Lay

Brian Lay serves as the VP/Chief Audit Executive at NCR Atleos and is a Board Member of NC State University’s ERM Initiative Advisory Board. Previously, Brian held the position of SVP, Chief Audit Executive at The Hertz Corporation and has contributed to Literacy Action, Inc. as the Strategic Planning Committee Chair and Board Member of the Board of Trustees. Brian’s experience includes a role as Managing Director in Internal Audit & Risk Management at EY. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and a degree in Business Administration and Management, both from the University of Central Florida.
