Diana Sarju Kim

Diana Sarju Kim is an experienced labor and employment attorney, currently serving as Executive Director at NCR Atleos since October 2023. Previously, Diana held the same position at NCR Corporation from July 2023 to November 2023. With a strong background in employment law, Diana worked as Senior Counsel at Cox Enterprises from April 2021 to July 2023 and at Rheem Manufacturing from May 2017 to April 2021. Earlier career experiences include roles at Taylor English Duma LLP as Employment Attorney, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Wargo & French LLP, and Powell Goldstein LLP as an attorney. Diana achieved a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies from Emory University.
