Malika Terry

Malika Terry is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in Employee Experience, Total Rewards, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a consultant at CompTalk101, Malika specializes in creating people-centered workplaces through innovative Total Rewards strategies and a wide array of HR expertise. Malika is an active member of the Compensation Advisory Council at WorldatWork and engages with the Plan Sponsor Council of America and the Herndon Directors Institute, focusing on corporate board member participation.
