Mercedes Rush

Mercedes Rush is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for HR Central Americas at NCR Atleos since October 2023. Previously, at NCR Corporation, Mercedes held various roles including HR Central Manager for LATAM and HR Specialist, where responsibilities included implementing HR Shared Services, coordinating HR inquiries, and developing HR strategies. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Farmacia General Pacheco S.C.S., Regional HR Leader at Musimundo, and HR Sr Consultant roles at BearingPoint and Dun & Bradstreet, contributing to policy implementation and HR operations across Latin America. Mercedes holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Belgrano and has a bilingual background from St Andrew's Scots School.
