Monia Smith, also known as Mo The Tall Recruiter, is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting and human resources. Currently, Monia serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at NCR Atleos and holds the title of University Hiring Lead-NAMER at NCR Corporation. Monia is also involved in the INSPIRE Atlanta Class of 2025 at The Atlanta Women's Foundation, a program supporting women leaders in the community. Previous roles include positions at Wellstar Health System, Amware Fulfillment, and Robert Half, among others. Monia possesses a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Herzing University.
