Glenn Cracknell

Glenn Cracknell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer operations, service delivery, and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer Operations & Service Delivery at NCR Voyix since October 2023, Glenn has also operated a woodworking business, Handmade by Glenn Cracknell, since January 2018, specializing in custom handcrafted goods. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success and Pre-Sales Programs Leader at NCR Corporation, where Glenn enhanced customer processes and satisfaction. With a history of leadership in professional services, business consultancy, and sales engineering across various companies, including Avaya and GE Money, Glenn has consistently improved business processes and customer experiences. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Open University, a T3 in Telecommunications from Catterick Army Training College, and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Kitson College of Technology.
