Susie Simmons

Susie enjoys interacting with the members and helping them with their membership questions or problems. A lot of members recognize her voice and are glad to talk to someone who has been with NCRA for a while. But she thinks people would be surprised that NCRA only has a staff of 30 people who do the work for 15,000 members.
