Grace Wong Yan Kee 王妍棋 is a seasoned professional in digital experience design and consulting, currently serving as a Digital Experience Senior Consultant/Manager at NCS Group since December 2022. In this role, Grace leads a team focusing on experience design and consulting, while managing business development activities and overseeing project management to ensure alignment with client objectives. Previously, at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Grace enhanced customer experience and change management across digital projects, and established a Design Thinking Academy to foster innovation.
