James Kwang

James Kwang is an experienced Business System Analyst and Project Manager currently with NCS Group since July 2023. Previously, Kwang served as a Project Manager at Wesco Anixter from May 2021 to July 2023, overseeing significant projects for TikTok/Bytedance and Alibaba, focusing on IT network infrastructure, AV, and data center projects from kickoff to handover. Prior experience includes roles as Production Supervisor at Coastal Hydroponics, Project Executive at Xtremax, and Project Manager at Uber, where responsibilities spanned supervising production teams, managing project operations, and promoting new applications. Kwang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from RMIT University and a Diploma in Multimedia and Infocomm Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic.
