Joel's expertise spans large-scale SAP R/3 implementations, focusing on logistics, maintenance, procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing for industry leaders such as ExxonMobil and Givaudan. With a solid track record in project management, solution architecture, and business development across diverse sectors, Joel has demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of multi-national business environments. Joel possesses a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.
