Kelvin Tay

Kelvin Tay has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development at NCS Group since May 2007, focusing on the Mindef/DSTA and Public Infrastructure domains. Prior to this role, Kelvin held the position of Sales Manager, managing Storage and Backup solution business across various sectors including Mindef/DSTA, Judiciary, and Financial Services Industry. Kelvin's career began at DSTA as a System Engineer from 2001 to 2005, followed by a role as Account Manager at SCS Pte Ltd, managing accounts for Mindef and DSTA from May 2005 to May 2007. Kelvin holds an Honors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
