Kendrik Tan

Kendrik Tan is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in research and project management. Currently serving as UX Lead at NCS Group since September 2018, Kendrik has successfully led high-impact UX projects by leveraging user research and a data-informed design thinking framework. Prior roles include Senior UX Researcher at Blackbox Research, where Kendrik conducted qualitative research for over 500 focus group discussions and managed significant government accounts. As a Senior Research Analyst at Nexus-Link, Kendrik developed client relationships and formulated data collection methodologies across various sectors. With a foundation in research analysis from Guidepoint and consultancy experience during studies at Singapore Management University, Kendrik holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a second major in Marketing.
