Keng Hoe Toh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, technology, and maritime security. Currently serving as the Business Development Director for Gov+ Engineering at NCS Group, Keng focuses on projects related to AI, video analytics, and communication systems. As an adjunct lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic, Keng teaches machine learning and AI ethics. Previous roles include Vice President at GoNetZero™, where Keng built the Platform Business team and led product development for decarbonization solutions. Keng also held various positions at NCS Group, Inmarsat, Gowild Singapore, and Thales Solutions Asia, contributing to business growth and innovation in sectors like artificial intelligence and maritime security. Keng has a strong military background from the Republic of Singapore Navy, where responsibilities included operational planning and maritime security.
