Kwang-Wi Koh

Kwang-Wi Koh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and business management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Partner and Client Service Lead for Defence at NCS Group since January 2020, Kwang-Wi is responsible for sales, delivery, P&L, and client experience for the Singapore Defence business. Prior to this, Kwang-Wi spent over two decades at IBM, culminating in roles such as General Manager of IBM Systems, where leadership of sales and technical teams, P&L management, and client satisfaction were paramount. Additional roles at IBM included Country Manager positions overseeing various sectors, driving business transformation, developing digital sales capabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Kwang-Wi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Washington State University and a high school diploma from Hong Kong International School.
