Rojes V Coalbe currently serves as the National Lead for Resource Management and Workforce Planning at NCS Group, a role held since August 2022. Prior to this position, Rojes held several key positions at Infosys from July 2010 to July 2022, including Head of Talent Planning and Manager of Strategy, Talent, and Operations, where responsibilities included designing workforce planning metrics and implementing internal scheduling systems. Academically, Rojes holds a Senior Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management from Bangalore University, an MBA in Manufacturing & Operations Management from SYMBIOSIS, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kannur University.
