Rohan Mohabir

Rohan Mohabir has extensive work experience in the technology, industrial products, resin, and coatings industries. Rohan started their career in 1979 as a Coatings Development Chemist at Plascon Paints and then worked at NCS Resins in various roles including Ancillaries Chemist and Technical Manager. In 2010, they became the Executive Director of Technology at NCS South Africa (Pty) Ltd. and later held the position of Director at Ferro Industrial Products (Pty) Ltd. throughout their career, Rohan Mohabir has demonstrated expertise and leadership in technical services, ancillaries, resins, and process control.

Rohan Mohabir obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, specifically a B.Sc, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they studied from 1976 to 1978. Additionally, they completed a further qualification in Chemistry, an NHD, from the Durban University of Technology.

Rohan also holds a certification in Competition Law, obtained from Compliance Online (Pty) Ltd. in March 2020.
