Kyungmin Cho

Kyungmin (Joe) Cho, MIRHR, is a Compensation & Global HR Specialist at NCSOFT, responsible for planning and administrating annual compensation programs for employees, including executives. This role involves managing global HR functions and supporting total rewards for expatriates and international entities across the US, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Before this position, Kyungmin served as a Graduate HR Teaching Assistant at the Ted Rogers School of Management, where responsibilities included leading seminars and evaluating student performance. Earlier experience includes an internship with the United Nations, where duties involved preparing briefing reports and assisting with event planning. Kyungmin holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
